DescriptionPleas at Westminster, in the Court of Robert Rede, knight, and his fellow-justices of the King's Bench, Easter Term 23 Henry VII, Roll 433 for Northamptonshire; the fore-mentioned, through their attorney, John Copcote, sought against Richard and Ann Higham the aforesaid premises, which they had acquired unlawfully after the dis-seisin of the former by Humfrey Hart; Richard and Ann by William Hamylden their attorney defended their right and called to warranty Thomas Fysshe who was present in the court and warranted their right; the plaintiffs asked to imparl and they returned to court, but Thomas defaulted and judgment went to the plaintiffs, at whose request this exemplification is made. June 5th, 23 Henry VII.
