Title	Gift with warranty from John Benwyk of Little Addyngton, husbandman, to Henry Wykeley of Addyngton aforesaid, of a moiety of a messuage in Addyngton near the toft of the Abbot of Sulby, on the south, and a headland abutting on the highway, and 1½ virgates of land and meadow lying in the fields and meadow of Addyngton and Raundes, belonging to the messuage, all of which he had with Thomas Cheyne, esq., James Pemberton, gentleman, John Pemberton, Ralph Swynneshed, Vicar of Addyngton, now dead, by the gift of John Cartor, a Rector of a moiety of the parish church of Woodford, near Thrapston, clerk; to hold to Wykeley, his heirs and assigns, forever, of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services.

Description	Witnesses: William Abbot, John Ward, John Hunt, Thomas Ward, William Webster, John Werlyche and John Broun of Addyngton and many others. Given at Addyngton. 5th May, 7 Henry VIII. Seal: worn; red; tag. Endorsed: Charter of a ½ messuage, 1½ virgates of land and meadow, once bought of John Benewyk, in the villages, fields and meadow of Little Addyngton and Raunds called Puttokk Thyng, by Henry Wykeley (later hand).
