DescriptionThey are accused of trying to obtain the donation as well as the appropriation, but they say in defence that Sir Robert Harlow joined them both: there follows a list of properties: Wickham Vicarage, bought by Mr Burrell, Alesbury School, Hertford given by Mr Barbour, Curateship of West Linchfield in Surrey, property of Mr Newton, Covent Garden Church, Lewes Church: it was the practice for people to grant them money which was laid out and interest allowed to the donors. Origin of the Trust is not given. The defendants deny being a corporation.
