Initially these were mostly messages from the Administrator to Mr Williams about staff - salaries, resignations, appointments, holidays etc.; by 1942 the notices were being sent to Mr Hatton and included information about patients (charges for maintenance, ration books, leave, burial, discharges, etc.); the volume also contains correspondence of an administrative nature including advice that case notes, patients' registers etc, should not be sent for salvage, catering papers, correspondence, postal arrangements etc. |
