| Description | Between Henry James Sheldon of Brailes House, esquire and John Baker of Brailes, farmer. Henry Sheldon had conveyed a farm house with outbuildings and yards, several closes of pasture land and plantation lying near the messuage, containing 27 acres 3 rods 25 perches, formerly occupied by William Baldwin, then Edmund Baldwin and now by Henry Harris; a piece of pasture land containing 3 acres 2 rods 19 perches, formerly occupied by John Gillett and now by John Cawley; all of which premises are in Upper Brailes. However the deeds pertaining to the properties also referred to properties that were still owned by Henry Sheldon, so it was agreed that Henry Sheldon would retain the deeds but would produce them to John Baker if a request was received in writing., and will allow John Baker to make copies of extracts from the deeds.
