Description | Peter Willis [sic] denies that Richard Willis, the grandfather named in the Bill of Complaint, enfeoffed to John Fieldinge all or any part of the lands mentioned in the Bill or that the plaintiff's father Richard Willis ever made entry upon any of the lands in force of this supposed feoffment. Peter Willis acknowledges that he holds the messuage and lands called Newbold Comyn and Lakebridge mentioned in the said Bill, by virtue of a will made by the said Richard Willis the grandfather to Peter Willis, father of the defendant. Job Olney and Gertrude his wife have already made a bill of complaint on the same matter in this same court and in the Court of Wards and Liveries both of which bills were dismissed.
