| Description | Draft of grant of annuity made between Edward Willes the elder of Newbold Comyn, gentleman, eldest brother and heir of Ann Willes late of Charlecote, spinster, of the one part, Henry Willes of Charlecote, gentleman, another of the brothers and executor of the will of the said Ann Willes, and Edward Willes the younger, gentleman, the only son of the said Edward Willes the elder, of the second part and George Willes of Birmingham, sadler, another of the brothers of the said Ann Willes of the third part. Ann Willes, deceased bequeathed in her will an annuity to Henry Willes and Edward Willes the younger in trust for her sister Mary Robins, widow, issuing out of her lands in Whitnash. Edward Willes the elder having purchased Ann Willes' lands in Whitnash covenants that he will pay an annuity of £5 to Mary Robbins.
