| AdminHistory | Motor vehicle licensing from 1975 onwards: The Vehicle & Driving Licensing Act 1969 established a single, centralised record of vehicles (and drivers) at the DVLC in Swansea. The transitional period lasted until 1978, but was completed by 1975 in Warwickshire. Therefore, any surviving records of vehicles registered after this date should be held by the DVLC. See P.
