| Description | In consideration that Sarah Lady Frankland and Christopher Lee and Jane his wife (nee Moseley) had agreed to release to their parents, Michael Moseley and Jane, his wife, their claim to £2000 settled on them as younger children in their parents' marriage settlement, and of £500 paid to Michael and Jane Moseley by their daughters, with payment of costs of a chancery suit, by Michael Moseley and Jane, his wife, to Lady Frankland, Richard Harland and John Mayer, of the manor of Morecote hall and divers lands, property in Birmingham, Coventry, in Feckenham, Inkberrow, Hanbury Stock and Bradley, Worcestershire to have one moiety for Lady Frankland and the other to Richard Harland and John Mayer for such uses as are limited of the said Jane Lee's moiety in her marriage settlement of 18 January 1741/2, the two moieties to be held as a tenancy in common, with covenant to levy a fine 9-10 October 1749.
