M: A messuage purchased from John Neale, 1872;
N: Freehold (part formerly copyhold) property at Balsall Heath purchased from Henry Worrod, 1864;
O: Messuage, farm and lands of 117 acres 3 roods 27 perches purchased from the devises under the will of the late Thomas James or Mrs. Dixon and others, 1866;
P: Freehold estates purchased from Edward Greaves, Esq., 1880;
Q: Freehold estate called the Shirleys purchased from the devisees under the will of James Gilks deceased, 1870;
R: Land purchased from Downing's trustees and Humphriss, 1872;
S: Freehold estate (formerly copyhold) in manor and purchased from Joseph Olorenshaw, 1862;
