It relates to a messuage in the town street of Berkswell newly erected on the place where the bakehouse and oven formerly stood adjoining the parish workhouse on the south and east, containing 113 feet 1 inch from the corner next the workhouse to Knibbs Hole on the south and west... all of which premises are part of those purchased by Edward Carr from John Downes. |
