This property was previously described as follows: a) messuage and appurtenances and (named) closes late in the occupation of Thomas Moore called the Hill Farm; the lands allotted on enclosure to Thomas Smith, freehold land in Coventry Lane and 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches and land on the Four Oaks - Flints Green Lane containing 20 perches and now part of Little Meadow, land part of Blind Lane, (2 acres 5 perches). b) Site of a messuage and appurtenances of circa one acre bounded on the north by Back Lane, heretofore of Edward Britain, Thomas Illidge and others; 2 small pieces of land next the lane, parcel of woodland and close of 4 acres (which said 2 pieces of land were formerly two thirds of Slibber Slade Coppice). In all 9 acres 1 rood 11 perches. c) Cottage etc. and Little Harry's Close formerly of William Smith.
