DescriptionCopyhold property which Walker is to enfranchise: a) a messuage, homestead and small meadow, with a plot of 28 perches, Moat Meadow, Far Wood, Near Wood, Cow Yard Close, Top and Lower Highway Close, Corner Close and Colts Close, also Cocksays Field and Twitchell Close, at Cornest End. b) Three closes called Crab Tree Close and the two Thistly Fields. c) Three copyhold messuages, formerly five, anciently one, and an oatmeal mill on the north side of the Berkswell-Coventry Lane formerly in the occupation of John Broadhurst. d) Croft of 1 acre 16 perches adjoining Coventry Lane. e) Broad Field, Long Field, Broom Field and Little Meadow containing 19 acres 2 roods 16 perches in Beech End, with the messuage thereon, 3 perches of land near, and 1 rood 10 perches on Eastern Green, all of which land was formerly in the occupation of George Kimberley.
