TitleOriginal wrapped in brown paper labelled "Freehold title deeds relating to a house at Barby, Northamptonshire, purchased by Robert Pittom from Mary Newitt now (crossed out and replaced with) late in occupation of John Barratt, now pulled down and thrown into garden, 1795." Three deeds relating to messuage containing one bay of buildings with a chimney annexed on the south end which adjoins to the north end of Thomas Heyward's House and part of the yard belonging, (Wood, Tille, Lord, Newitt, Pittom).
