TitleBrown envelope labelled 'deeds bundle no. 1 from the founder 1707 to court of Chancery 1849", with schedule of the 9 deeds contained in the packet containing deeds relating to an edifice and building in Rugby formerly built by Richard Eldborow and designed for a schoolhouse and six tenements also built by Eldborow and designed for almshouses with a messuage on the north side of the schoolhouse, another messuage on the south side of the court yard and two other messuages towards Bilton, another messuage in Cosford, parish of Newbold-on-Avon, several closes named, messuage in Cosford known as Blunts House (Elborowe, Burdon Rector, Holyoak, Betts, Bromfield, Moultrie).
