DescriptionSamuel Jeffery pays £1000 6s 4d to Thomas Henry Oliphaunt (at the request of Charles Rotherham, Harry Brierly and George Kinnear and with the consent of John Bowers Smith) in full for all monies owing to him on a mortgage of 4th August 1857. Samuel Jeffery pays £49 13s 8d to Robert Bell, Charles Heaton Ellis and Isaac Nicholson (at the request and with the consent aforesaid) in part satsifaction of the £154 10s 5d owing to them. 5s is paid by Samuel Jeffery to Charles Rotherham, Harry Brierly, George Kinnear and John Bowers Smith, making the full purchase money paid by Samuel Jeffery £1050. Thomas Henry Oliphaunt (with the consent of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth parties) conveys to Samuel Jeffery a tenement with the baker's shop, bakehouse and other buildings belonging to it in Sheep St., now in the occupation of John Bowers Smith, a little dwelling house in Sheep St adjoining to the tenement, and pew number 73 in Rugby parish church
