DescriptionFeoffment with warranty clause between William Earnsby of Lilbourn, Northamptonshire, gentleman (son and heir of Robert Earnsby late of Yelvertoft, gent., deceased who was heir at law to William Staresmore late of Catthorp, Leicestershire, clerk, deceased on the said of William Staresmore's mother's side) of the first part, Moses Garner of Lilbourn, framework knitter and Mary his wife of the second part, and Thomas Garner of Swinford, Leicestershire, yeoman of the third part conveying a tenement with the orchard, homestead or backside adjoining to it, now in the tenure of John Garner son of the said Moses Garner, from William Earnsby to Thomas Garner. Moses Garner pays £21 for this conveyance. The property is to be held by Thomas Garner in trust for Moses Garner during his lifetime, after his death in trust for Mary his wife during her lifetime and following the death of both of them in trust for the heirs and assigns of Moses Garner for ever. The property was previously purchased by Dorothy Staresmore, mother of the said William Staresmore, from Thomas Roote.
Memorandum on the reverse that the livery of seizn was witnessed by Richard Garner and J. Caldecott.
