DescriptionConveyance between John Smith of Lilbourn, taylor of the first part, Joseph Dunn and Elizabeth his wife of the second part and Robert Rowell of Rugby, ironmonger of the third part. John Smith previously conveyed a messuage and piece of ground in Lilbourn extending to Herberts Close, now in the occupation of Joseph Dunn, to the use of Thomas Reeve of Watford, Northamptonshire, since deceased, for his lifetime, with the remainder to Joseph Dunn for his lifetime and then to Elizabeth his wife, her heirs and assigns forever. This deed has since been lost and John Smith has agreed to make this new feoffment. Robert Rowell pays 5s to John Smith and John Smith, at the request of Joseph and Elizabeth Dunn, conveys the messuage and piece of ground in Lilbourn to him, to hold in trust for Joseph Dunn during his lifetime and after his death to hold in trust for Elizabeth his wife, her heirs and assigns forever.
