Mortgage in fee to secure £300 and interest of the Seven Stars with gardens, yard and close, part of which is an orchard, 3 cottages and premises in Knightcote and 8 cottages, gardens etc. in Northend, (4 of which are the four referred to in the deed of 1839), from Daniel Collins to Mary Haines, 1851.
