Description | Lease and release by Rev Thomas Grundy, formerly of Lutterworth, Leicestershire, now of Leicester Town, of the one part, to William Cawley of Chesterton, Warwickshire, grazier and others of a messuage in High Street, Warwick, since divided into two dwelling houses, the first formerly in the occupation of Thomas Court and afterwards the Rev James Moody, and now Rev Joseph Wilcox Percy, the second adjoining house being late in the occupation of Thomas Court, and thereafter successively Hezekiah Dowell, William Worrall, Samuel Brown, James Wright, Hugh Fowler, George Grubb and now Samuel Travis in consideration of 5 shillings.
Engrossed on dorse of both lease and release: "Enrolled in Her Ma'tiis High Court of Chancery the Seventeeth day of May in the year of our Lord 1862 pursuant to the Act of Parliament 24 Victoria Cap 9" |
