Sanderson Miller and his sister Ann Newsham, widow, revoke a trust set up 2 July 1739 with Ann and Thomas Newsham, and a new trust is set up with Richard Wykham of Swacliff, Oxon., Fiennes Trotman of Shelswell and Reverend William Talbot of Kington as trustees. Other parties to the deed are Samuel Trotman of Liston, Gloucestershire, Samuel Trotman of Hertford College, Oxford, John Lord of Sulgrave, Northamptonshire, clerk and John Welchman of Dodford Northamptonshire, clerk. Endorsements: two assignments of trust, numbers 11 and 12 of 25 March 1802 to Fiennes Sanderson Miller by Susannah Miller, widow of Sanderson Miller; Fiennes Trotman of Liston Court, executor of Fiennes Trotman of Shellswell, deceased who was the executor of Samuel Trotman of Liston; Reverend Holford Cotton of Adderbury, Oxon, executor of the only surviving trustee, John Welchman.
