1 - Glebe: copy release by Thomas Heathcote to Heneage, Earl of Aylesford of 1A, 1R, 20P of land in Exhall, lately part of the Leydons and now forming a private road from the Coventry Turnpike to the glebe and parsonage of Bedworth, reserving to Heathcote a right to the road for farming purposes only. With note of distance from rectory to Hawkesbury Station as stepped by the Rev. H. Bellairs, 1855 - 1820, 1855
