3 - Lease and Release to appoint new Trustees for Aylworth's Charity. The two surviving trustees, Nicholas Bodington and Edward Atkins appoint the Revd. William Talbot of Great Kineton, Richard Bass of Great Kineton, gent, Richard Bacon of Great Kineton, yeoman, the Revd. William Greenwood of Warwick, Thomas Bree of the Castle Street Ward, clerk, and Edward Croft of the Castle Street Ward, gent, to be new Trustees of the property as described above, now in the occupation of Thomas Burnham. 26 October 1747 - 1747
