1 - Settlement made on the marriage of Alice Heydon, daughter of Jerome Heydon, late citizen of London, and Agnes, now the wife of Francis Morice of Wanstead, Essex, yeoman, with John, son of the aforesaid Francis. Francis Morice conveys to John Heydon of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, Thomas Gundrey of London, and John Harmer of the same, a messuage in Walsham in the Willows, and Billings Close, the Rectory of Launant in Cornwall, and the chapels of St. Ives and Tewinmack, and the Rectories of Maddern and Penzance, to the use of John, Alice and their heirs forever. - 17th May, 1632

5 - Agreement by Sir John Heydon of Oxhey, Herts., with Sir Gilbert Gerard and Francis Gerard, son and heir of Sir Gilbert Gerard, Bart., of Harrow on the hill, Middlesex; and Anne Haydon by which Sir John conveys several pieces of land, late part of the Manor of Wenlock's Barn, Middlesex, to the Gerards and Anne to hold to his use for the rest of his life and then to the use of Anne and her heirs. The properly was also to be used for part of Anne's portion - 18th Feb. 1658/1659
