2 - Gift (indented) with warranty from Robert de Duston to John de Duston and Agnes, his wife, and the heirs of their bodies, legitimately conceived, of 1 messuage and 2 cowcommons with appurtenances in Stretton, which he had by the gift of William de Duston his father; to hold of the chief lord of the fee, forever, for the customary services. - 13th Jan. 1332, 16th May, 1409
3 - Grant from Richard, Earl of Arundel, of a licence to Thomas de Woluardynton, parson of the church of Lolenham, that he may assign to 2 chaplains and their successors: 3 messuages, 3 virgates, 4 acres of meadow, 3 acres of wood and a 20s. rental in Stretton on Dunnesmore, and Prennesthorpe for the celebration of mass in the Chapel of All Saints of Stretton, aforesaid, at the Altar of St. Thomas the Martyr, every day forever, for Thomas and his own soul, and for those whom the aforesaid Thomas wishes to ordain, in the chantry. - 16th Jan. 1345
4 - Grant of a licence from Robert de Duston of Stretton on Dunnesmor to Thomas de Woluardington, parson of the church of Lolenham and his successors, that they may assign to 2 chaplains, for Thomas and for his soul, and for the souls of Peter de Woluardington, and Aline, his wife, and their sons, and all the dead faithful in the chapel of Stretton on Dunnsmor, to be celebrated at the Altar of St. Thomas the Martyr, by the chaplains and their successors, forever: of ½ a messuage and ½ a yardland with appurtenances, in Stretton: to hold to the chaplains forever; Robert gives up all claim to the land, for himself and his heirs. - 20th July, 1345
5 - Inspeximus by the Dean and Chapter of Lichfield Cathedral appointed by the letters of Roger, Bishop of Coventry to look into the tenor of the following: - 9th Aug. 1348
6 - Grant of a licence from John Ryvel, son and heir of Sir John Ryvel, knight, and Roger de Wassingleye, Lord of Wappenbur' to `sir' Thomas de Woluardinton, parson of the church of Lolenham, and his assigns, that he may give and assign to 2 chaplains, for himself and his soul, and for the souls of Peter de Woluardinton and Aline, his wife, and their sons, and all the dead faithful, in the Chapel of All Souls at Stretton on Dunnesmor, at the altar of St. Thomas the Martyr, to be celebrated every day forever, 1 messuage and its appurtenances in Stretton: to hold to the 2 chaplains and their successors forever. John, Roger, and their heirs disclaim all right to it. - 29th Dec. 1349
7 - Lease (indented) with warranty from Thomas Duston of ... and his wife, to Richard Randolf of Stretton on Dunnesmore, and Ide his wife, and John their son, for all their lives, of 1 messuage and a ½ virgate in Stretton on Dunnesmore, which Richard holds of Thomas, in the fields of the same: rendering yearly to Thomas and his heirs: 8s. of silver; the messuage is to be kept in a good condition. - 1384-1385
8 - Lease (indented) made the Saturday next after the feast of St. Edmund the Archbishop, 9 Richard II, from John Gyllies, chaplain, of the Chapel of the Blessed St. Thomas the Martyr, of Stretton on Dunnesmore, to John Norsgate, and John Colet, of a meadow in Dallespring, and Passeche, for all the former's life - 18th Nov. 1385
