1 - Gift from William Daundelyn of Addington to Thomas, his son, of a ½ virgate which Robert Pelan once held of himself, with a messuage which stands between the tenement of John de Enys, and the tenement of Robert Leda in Little Addyngton, with meadow and pasture, to be held of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services; if Thomas has no legitimate heirs, the premises revert to William and John, his sons without the contradiction of the said Thomas. - 20th July, 1317
2 - Gift with warranty from William Daundelyn of Adyngton, to William and John his sons, of 1 virgate of his land, with a hovel, and an orchard, which Henry Peland once held; to be held of the chief lord of the fee, freely etc., for the customary services. - 20th July, 1317
3 - Quitclaim with warranty from Richard Nicholl of Little Adyngton forever, to John Parys of Highham Ferrers, his heirs and assigns, of all his right and claim to those lands and tenements in the town and fields of Little Adyngton, which once belonged to Robert Lolenham and Johanna his wife, by purchase. - 11th Mar. 1455
4 - Gift with warranty from Richard Brykenshawe alias Tayllour of Raunds, John Daundelyn of Little Adyngton, and William Abbot of the same, to Henry Hedelston esq., of 1 cottage in Little Adyngton, between the tenement of Henry Lord on the west and the land on the east, which they had by the gift of Thomas Drybell, late of Adyngton aforesaid, now dead; to hold to Henry, his heirs and assigns forever, of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services. - 25th July, 1473
5 - Fine and Exemplification of recovery of the same: Henry VII etc., John Muscote, William Lane and Henry Weldon, clerk, at the Court of our justices at Westminster, impleaded Richard and Ann Higham of a moiety of 6 messuages, 4 tofts, 200 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 160 acres pasture, and other appurtenances, in Little Addyngton, by writ of entry of which the wording was as follows: - June, 1508
6 - Gift with warranty from John Benwyk of Little Addyngton, husbandman, to Henry Wykeley of Addyngton aforesaid, of a moiety of a messuage in Addyngton near the toft of the Abbot of Sulby, on the south, and a headland abutting on the highway, and 1½ virgates of land and meadow lying in the fields and meadow of Addyngton and Raundes, belonging to the messuage, all of which he had with Thomas Cheyne, esq., James Pemberton, gentleman, John Pemberton, Ralph Swynneshed, Vicar of Addyngton, now dead, by the gift of John Cartor, a Rector of a moiety of the parish church of Woodford, near Thrapston, clerk; to hold to Wykeley, his heirs and assigns, forever, of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services. - 5th May, 1515

Endorsed: Sealed and delivered in the presence of William Hanell, clerk, Vicar of Little Addyngton, Thomas Ward of the same, John Ward of the same, John Broun of the same, John and Ralph Hunt, of the same, William Tailour of the same, William Baker of the same, Thomas Ploughwright, William Warde, John Worlyche, Thomas Warde the younger, of the same, Roger Daundelen, John Abbot, John Hogges and many others. Johanne Benwoke and Johanne Bingham convey all their lands in Little Addyngton, Great Addyngton and Irtlingb' to Henry Wykeley. - 24th Mar. 1521
