9 - Original wrapped in brown paper labelled "Freehold title deeds relating to a house at Barby, Northamptonshire, purchased by Robert Pittom from Mary Newitt now (crossed out and replaced with) late in occupation of John Barratt, now pulled down and thrown into garden, 1795." Three deeds relating to messuage containing one bay of buildings with a chimney annexed on the south end which adjoins to the north end of Thomas Heyward's House and part of the yard belonging, (Wood, Tille, Lord, Newitt, Pittom). - 1722-1795
10 - Original wrapped in brown paper labelled "Deeds relating to leasehold House and Home Close at Barby purchased by Thomas Boyes of Mr Wm Higgs + Mr Ward now occupied by Timothy Roberts late in occupation of Thomas Oliver, 1784", with later pencil scribble. Small label attached stating deeds to house in the occupation of Thomas Oliver-leasehold. Deeds relating to Home Close now in the occupation of Thomas Pittom, cottage with yard belonging now in the tenure of William Ward (all forms of mortgages - (Higgs, Boyes, Ward, Boyes). - 1667-1784
11 - Original bundle wrapped in brown paper labelled "Re: Pittom Very Old Title Deeds relating to cottages and land at Barby, late Howard to Hall- Leasehold + Freehold, 1767. Deeds relating to house and Cow's Common described in a 1720 deed as a "mothie half quartern or eighth part of one yardland in Barby" 1720. In 1722 deed these are described in detail and the names of the closes are given, in 1747 the property is described as two bays of building and a cullis or leanto adjoining and a foreyard homestall close (Chapman, Newbold, Heyward, Varney, Pittom). - 1683-1767
12 - Original bundle wrapped in brown paper labelled "Freehold Mr William Pittom to Mr Thos. Pittom". Title deeds to a house and Homeclose at Barby, 1 June 1804. later writing "& two little cottages adjoining now converted into 4 cottages." now occupied by James Carter, David Emery, William Barratt and one unoccupied - 1866. Deeds relating to messuage and close in Barby, Northamptonshire, and several parcels of arable land dispersed in the open and common fields of Barby being the moiety of a half yardland and those 14 lands and leys commonly called Flowers Lands (Lickorish, Pittom, Bartlett, Pittom). - 1724-1840
13 - Original bundle wrapped in brown paper labelled "Barby old deeds relating to property at Barby purchased by Mr J. Pittom from Messrs Ormond". In pencil is written "18 old deeds". Deeds relating to messuage in Barby, Northamptonshire, with homestall belonging, in 1700 deed property is described as messuage in Barby and those two bays of barneing adjoining to the north side of the messuage and that hovell, cowhouse and building adjoining to the pool caled the Beare Banke and arable lands containing one quarterne (Carter, Leeds, Satchwell, Cleeve, Earl). Abstract of title of John Blick to farm, farmhouse and two cottages at Barby reciting back to 1700, contracted to be sold to Mr Ormond. (Carter, Leeds, Satchwell, Cleeve, Earl). Includes a loose bundle deeds as above (Blick's trustees, Ormond, Pittom), 1841-1933 - 1717-1841
