1 - Bundle wrapped in brown paper and labelled on front "Woolscott Land" Mr John Bygrave, High House, Stockton, Grandborough". Deeds relating to close called Levells or Loales Close, Woolscott, Grandborough (Marriage Settlement between Thomas Burgh and Thomasin Green, Thomas Burgh granted to Leonard Fosbrooke and James Birch) (main parties are Fosbrooke + Watson to Paine + Masters in trust for Atkins, Spencer, Kinman, Hands, Cross, Mason, 1929 owned by Bygrave). - 1738-1929
2 - Brown paper enclosing deeds and labelled on outside "Register Messrs Slatter Son and Gift, Solicitor, Stratford-on-Avon" relating to third part in messuage with lands etc in Grandborough and Lower Shuckburgh, cottage with lands etc (marriage settlement - Charles Ivens to Charlotte Coleman (Coleman, Bromfield and Ivens, Fessey Mills, Howlett). With Abstract of Title reciting back to 1731 relating to 1/3 estate not covered by these deeds but in descent of Watson family). 1848 deed has a plan of the estate. - 1826-1848
3 - Original Brown paper enclosing deeds labelled "Deeds of land and buildings on the Wetton Road late Wilkins J.W. Mr J.P. Osborne, Daventry, Mr John Bygrave, Welton Land" relating to two closes in the New enclosure known as Dunslade in Daventry (Watson + Wilkins, Clarke, Linnell, Osborn, - Abstract of Title of John Bradley to a messuage in Woman's Market, Daventry reciting back to 1699), with plan showing the situation of drains in fields near the new reservoir, the property of W. Wilkins, c.1850s, and also an original sub bundle tied up with string relating to two cottages and two pieces of land over Borough Hill, in Abbey End, called the Sign of the Angel, Daventry (Checkley, Tite, Hunt, Bucknell, Bradley, Bucknell), with an abstract of title relating to the two cottages and closes of land formerly belonging to Wilkins and contracted to be sold to Osborn. - 17th - 19th century
